At Poseidon Bike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If your bike or gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Shipment

Carefully repackage your items in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring all components and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
